Description
The US Marine corps used tanks quite a bit in the island hoping in the Pacific but found them vulnerable to Japanese suicide teams armed with hollow charge weapons on the side armour awaiting in ambush.
They developed various add on kits like rubber and steel but these are the wooden types as seen on M4A2’s
There are 4 pieces to the conversion, 2 for the side armour and 2 for the suspension units.
The ones in the picture are fitted to an Altaya M4A3 diecast.
