Description
The Lee based M31 trv (arv) was used as a makeshift bridgelayer in Italy and NWE later in WW2.
The basic M31 had added brackets and mounts to take 4 sections of the std USA Treadway bridge enabling it to be used to cross small rivers and ditches and take the weight of medium tanks.
The same basic bridge sections and mounts were also used on the M4 based M32 trv.

We have made the bridgelayer conversion for both the Airfix 1/76th M3 and also the various 1/72 scale M3’s on the market.
The unpainted model in the pictures is the Airfix M3 Lee kit.
The painted model is a Hasegawa Lee and has been modified for gaming, figure not included.
