Description
The 1/2 ton Land Rover was designed to be used by forces who needed to be airdropped by helicopters such as the royal Marines and the Parachute regiment.
The FFR (fitted for radio) version had screened electrics and carried a radio and was used for reconnaissance duties.
It used a lot of parts form the std Land Rovers of the time with a lot of the body either made lighter or removable like the doors or windscreen.
The model comes with 3 crew and a selection of metal parts such as a radio and aerial boxes.
There is a choice of heads, either beret or helmets, please state when ordering.
